Prime Trust Development exists to close that gap. We provide independent verification, inspection, oversight and management services, backed by evidence clients can review for themselves.
Once engaged, clients access all ongoing project communications, weekly progress reports, construction photos and videos, milestones and documents through the secure Client Portal. Reporting covers the agreed scope, with verified findings and any limitations clearly stated.

Its founder is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts, United States — an experience that informs our focus on clear communication, accountability and thoughtful property oversight.
The founder’s Massachusetts licence applies to their individual practice in that jurisdiction. It does not authorize real estate brokerage in Nigeria, and Prime Trust Development is not represented as licensed in Massachusetts. Nigerian engagements remain subject to applicable local requirements, with qualified Nigerian professionals engaged where needed.
