What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- the type of enquiry and your message;
- your agreement to this policy, and the time you gave it;
- a one-way coded (hashed) form of your internet (IP) address, used only to limit spam and repeated submissions. We do not store your IP address in readable form.
If you email us directly, we receive the details you include in that email.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your consultation, service or partnership enquiry, and to protect the form from abuse. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
How it is stored and who can see it
Enquiries are saved in a secured database. Only authorised Prime Trust Development staff who sign in can view them.
When an enquiry arrives, an email notice with its details is sent to our own business inbox (info@primetrustdevelopment.com) so we can reply promptly.
We rely on service providers to host this website and database and to deliver email. They process information on our behalf. Some of these providers may store or process data outside Nigeria.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement. A specific retention period is being finalised.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@primetrustdevelopment.com. You may also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Client Portal
Engaged clients use our separate secure Client Portal for project reports, photos, video, documents and communications. The portal is a distinct service and may have its own privacy terms. This policy covers this website only.
Cookies
This public website does not use advertising or analytics tracking. Our staff sign-in area stores a sign-in session in the browser for authorised staff only.
